Remotely Onit! is seeking new, remote business support Associates, to join Team Onit!
Our small but mighty team of remote support super-stars comes from diverse professional backgrounds, yet we share one thing in common: a foundation in business operations support. Whether former administrators, executive or personal assistants, office managers or customer service professionals, we share a common goal - to anticipate client needs and keep things running smoothly. Aptly named PossAbility Ambassadors (PAs), we’re Onit! in name and Onit! by nature, making it possAble for the business owners we support to focus on the work that lights them up, while we focus on what lights us up - admin, operations, systems and processes: the key components that create ease for our clients.
This is your opportunity to join a passionate, collaborative team of business operations support specialists, who rally around one another and champion each other's success (in and outside of the agency).

Key Elements & Remotely Onit! Associate Requirements
Key elements that we are seeking from Associates who work with us, are:
The desire to intentionally operate as an Associate
You love supporting business owners, ensuring that their operations are structured, their clients are well cared for and their systems run smoothly. You are happiest doing the work itself - managing tasks, improving processes and being the calm, organised presence behind a busy entrepreneur - rather than marketing yourself or managing multiple direct clients. You have an understanding and/or appreciation for an agency-model of support that has existing infrastructure, processes and procedures that you are willing to participate in, in order to deliver a high standard of service.
Experience of working in a business support capacity as an employee:
You have previously worked in an employed role such as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Administrator, bringing professional structure, accountability and attention to detail.
Experience and evidence of self-employment:
Ideally you have worked as a self-employed service provider in the online space for at least six months and are comfortable operating within online or hybrid business environments.
Drive and intentionality:
You’re a self-starter and a go-getter, with the ability to think-on-your feet and anticipate the needs of your clients resulting in you being proactive, adaptable and forward-thinking. You are able to comfortably maintain momentum on projects. You communicate clearly, work autonomously and always seek solutions rather than waiting for explicit direction. An employee mindset (that relies heavily on being told what to do) will not benefit you and will potentially frustrate us all. Traits that will endear you to our team dynamic are integrity, curiosity, team spirit, empathy and accountability.
Insurances and Assurances
All (UK-based and registered) Associates engaged by Remote PossAbilities Limited (trading as Remotely Onit!) must hold - or be willing to undertake - professional indemnity insurance (including cyber security) and be registered with the ICO for data protection. This is non-negotiable.
Credibility:
All Associates are required to share details of 2 previous or existing clients who will be happy to vouch for your reliability and skills. We will also request details of 2 referees who are happy to speak to your character.
